Refund Policy
Failed runs automatically return your credits. For unused purchased credits, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Updated October 29, 2026.
Automatic credit returns
If a run fails, times out or is blocked by output safety checks, all credits reserved for that run are returned automatically. A failed two-variant run returns two credits, even if one variant was created. Check your balance and My designs before retrying.
Unused credit purchases
Request a refund of an entirely unused credit pack within 7 days by emailing [email protected] from your account email with the order number. Starter is a once-per-account offer. Mandatory local cancellation and consumer rights remain applicable.
Used credits and expectations
An artistic preference or an AI concept that an artist cannot implement is not a guarantee of a refund for consumed credits. If a technical defect affected the output, contact us with the job ID so we can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy.
Processing
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. Refunded or disputed purchases revoke their associated unused credits. Do not send complete card details by email.
